BPM : our definition

Traditional BPM tools are centered on events but are not designed to handle the data that are driven by these events. For example, a change request will typically trigger a review of the impact that change will cause. Large or small, the impact must be known quickly so that the best decisions can be made. To do this, process management must be tightly integrated with data management, and vice versa.

Events define actions that impact data. With its combined global data and process approach, Lascom PLM closes the gap between data and processes, thus increasing productivity and quality.
